Postage And Packaging
UK
I offer free postage and packaging on any item purchased for delivery within the UK. The majority of my items will be sent by special delivery, but my less expensive items will be sent by 2nd class recorded. The postal service used for each individual item will be displayed in each listing
Worldwide
The majority of my items are sent by Internationanl Signed For apart from a small minority of my less expensive items which will be sent by Small Packet and I do make a standard charge for this service. Please refer to individual item description where the postal service used will be displayed
Payment
UK Buyers I accept PayPal payment or personal cheques made payable to Silver2treasure. Cheques over £25.00 will need clearance before item is sent.
Non UK Buyers - I only accept Paypal from non UK purchasers. Please do not commit to a purchase unless you have an active Paypal account.
Refund Policy
If within 14 days you require to return the item, I will issue you a refund upon safe return of the item in the condition it was sent. I comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. Where an item is not as described or is defective a full refund including return poastge costs will be given. Where the buyer has a change of mind or any other circumstance the refund will be for the purchase cost and not include the return postage. For any returns please contact me before you send the item back
I endeavour to accurately describe all of my items. In the rare event that I have made a mistake and the item received is not as described (or the item is defective), I will refund all the buyer's costs together with the return postage.
