I was first drawn to The Silver2treasure website when I was looking for a claret jug. I found exactly what I wanted and bought it. Since then I have made many purchases and have been delighted with the range of beautiful silver on offer, meticulously photographed and described and at a very fair price. Silver2treasure have become very good friends. Visiting their website and buying pieces has become like visiting one’s favourite shop in a nearby Cathedral city; a warm welcome from friends, a tempting array of answers to every need and total honesty about the things offered for sale. The only difference nowadays is having to have the good gossip by email!
I suggested to Karen of Silver2treasure that she should open a feedback page having just taken delivery from her of an “Art Deco Shaped Cruet Set” (Google it!) and a William Suckling sauce boat. Both are and look better than adevertised .
I’m very pleased with everything concerned with this (my first ) purchase except that Jo Sawdy (whose sentiments I wholeheartedly endorse) beat me to make the first comment on this page.
Browsing late, I came accross the Cruet, loved it but botched the payment. A quick telephone call secured the item and incidentally ,as far as I am concerned, Karen established her bona fides by the manner in which she readily accepted mine. The description of each of the items was scruplous to a fault and a minor defect in one item was highlighted in words and pictures such that once I had the opportunity to physically inspect it, I was immediatly more than happy to enjoy it as is.
The sauce boat could not have been in better condition and in a price comparison of exactly the same sauce boat (same maker,different year) Silver2treasure won by a margin I consider significant. The packaging was bulletproof. In summary, Karen is a silver lover who sources products which will give satisfaction through quality and price competition and she supplies the type of customer care which makes her own life easy through taking every step to ensure satisfaction on delivery. A positive bit of retail therapy.

This is a super site. I saw an item i was interested in, i emailed Karen re item and received a reply within 2 hours. I was very impressed with the prompt and helpful response to my enquirey, I purchased the item and it arrived 24 hours later. The customer service is excellent and i found the site easy to use and the photographs of the item i received were very clear and accurate as was the witten discription. I was very pleased with my purchase and the excellent service. I e-mailed Karen after seeing an outstanding Art Deco dressing table set & expected to wait a few days for a reply but was contacted almost immediately, the customer service has been second to none, detailed photographs & descriptions on the website were accurate & as close to handling the items as possible. After purchase, postage was swift & packaging excellent, will e-mails each step of the way to keep me informed. i received my scottish egg/mustard spoons yesterday,and am thrilled with them. they are in good condition,considering they were made in 1890…the description was spot on,plus the fact that the gilt had worn on the inside,which is concurrent with the date made.I telephoned to ask about the spoons…and all was handled with efficiency…me sending a cheque first…and the spoons sent…so a cetain amount of trust involved…and i wasn,t dissappointed!! i shall certainly use the site again when looking for silver…lindsay maclure
Toast rack in excellent condition as described. All communications with regard to availability and delivery were first class. Item arrived on on time extremely well packaged. I would thoroughly recommend using this site and in future will look there first to see if they have what I want.

Shopping online can be a precarious business and I have had widely varying experiences in both the quality and packaging of goods received. However, having just acquired a lovely silver vase from Silver2Treasure, I have to say that on this occasion all facets of the exercise were faultless. The way in which items are both visually and verbally described, the ease of email correspondence, the careful packaging and probably most importantly, the quality of the goods were all excellent. I have never been quite so delighted with anything I have bought online and naturally, I will continue looking here for beautiful silver.
