Silver & Blue Enamel Lidded Cut Glass Dressing Table Powder Bowl. The decorative cut glass includes flowers and the body has a nipped in middle giving it a spool shape. The lovely circular solid silver lid has a very pretty powder blue enamal covering the whole of the lift off lid apart from the silver circular finial. The underside of the lid is gilt so it oozes quality. It has clear hallmarks apart from a couple of letters in the makers mark are a little rubbed Hallmarks for BIRMINGHAM 1926/27 Makers Marks: A Bros Ltd (Adie Brothers Ltd).
It measures 4 inches in diameter and 3.25 inches tall to the top of the finial. The height to the top rim of the bowl is 2.5 inches. The weight of the solid silver and enamel lid is 75g
It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks in the glass or any damage to the enamel
