This is a lovely Solid Silver Coffee Pot. The body I can best describe as a chunky bulbous shape which has a faint hammer finish which is also on the hinged lid. This finish can be felt and can just about be seen on the body but it is more noticeable on the hinged lid but you can feel it. It has a stumpy spout a light coloured wooden handle and a pedestal base. The lid has an acorn shaped finial. This coffee pot definitely has character (I know you think I am mad, but you have to see it in the flesh and you will see what I mean). It looks quite a small pot but it actually holds one pint of water
