Antique Silver Mustard Pot Victorian Large. It is oval in shape with a half reeded pattern to the bottom half and then a pretty engraved flower and leaf drapery pattern to the top half. Above this is a decorative border and then a border of wriggle work. The hinged lid also has a border of engraved leaves and a slightly domed lid which has a tall decorative finial. It has a question mark shaped handle which has a lined decoration to it.. It comes complete with its blue glass liner which has a textured orange peel look and feel. It is made from a good guage of silver and has clear hallmarks on the body and the lid

Dimensions: It is 4 inches long including the handle, the actual body is 2.75 inches long, 1.75 inches wide and 3.25 inches tall to the top of the finial. The silver weighs 92g
Condition: It is in very good condition with no dings or dents, but the engraved pattern is a little worn in places (which is only to be expected on a very useable item that is 127 years old), but this is minor. The blue glass liner is in good condition with no chips or cracks
Remarks: This really is a very good and very pretty large antique solid silver Victorian mustard pot, that would look impressive on any table or a lovely addition to any collection
