This is a lovely Pair of Solid Silver & Enamel Preserve Spoons. The bowls are of a shallow balloon shape and the front of the handles are extremely pretty having a background of white enamel which then has a gold enamelled leaf and stem pattern on the top of it. The backs of the spoons are completely plain. One spoon is larger than they other one but they are identical in every way. They are made from a good guage of silver and have clear hallmarks

Antique and vintage silver by its very nature has been previously used. Silver is a comparatively soft metal and a combination of many years use invariably leaves its mark. I do endeavour to describe all items accurately but do not expect any antique to be in “as new condition”.
