This is a very sweet little Antique Solid Silver Christening Mug. It is of a baluster shape with embossed foliate sides and a gilt interior. It has an overhanging top rim, and has a leaf capped question mark shaped handle. It has a short raised pedestal foot. It does have a large plain shaped cartouche to the front which does have the entwined fancy initial “RC”. It is made froma good guage of silver and has clear marks

Dimensions: 3.25 inches tall, 3 inches wide including the handle, the diameter of the top overhanging rim is 2.25 inches and the actual body is 2 inches in diameter at its widest. It weighs 59g
Condition: It is in very good condition
Remarks: This is a very pretty antique solid silver christening mug and a lovely little mug to hand down to future generations
